Prescott-area Rotary Clubs are seeking candidates for the 2013 GSE to Bremen, Germany May 27-June 30, 2013. All travel expenses are covered by Rotary International. Lodging, meals and local travel provided by local German Rotarian hosts.

This program is open to young business and professional men and women in the early stages of their careers or professions who are between the ages of 25 and 40.   The focus of GSE is vocational; that is, team members have the opportunity to study how their business or professions function in Germany. The team will also learn about the culture, customs, traditions, and ways of the people. They will study the host country's institutions and ways of life, develop personal and professional relationships and exchange ideas.

Applications are being taken NOW on the Rotary International website, www.rotary.org.  Criteria are: must have been employed on a full time basis in their vocation for at least the past two years and be committed to remain in their field after the exchange. They must reside or be employed in District 5490's area (northwest portion of Arizona and Needles, Ca). Relatives of current or past Rotarians are not eligible to be Team members. Team members must participate in monthly training and preparation sessions for the trip for 7 months prior to departure. Team members must be in good health, able to express themselves clearly, interested in and enthusiastic about thei vocation, open-minded, tolerant and flexible.
