Every January, Rotary puts on a free Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) event at CampPinerock in Prescott for high school students from Western Arizona. The Rotary clubs in the district pay for this event.

RYLA is a weekend leadership and teamwork event that includes a high ropes course, a low ropes challenge course and a group of other activities to develop leadership skills.

This year, RYLA will be held on January 16-18, 2009, at Camp Pinerock.
