Board of Directors
The Frontier Rotary Charitable Fund is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors that guides the organization’s mission, stewardship, and community impact.
The Board consists of 9 to 11 Directors, elected annually in accordance with our bylaws and Arizona law. Each year, a slate of nominees is presented to fill open Director and officer positions, with new members assuming their roles following election.
To ensure continuity in leadership, the Past President of the Prescott-Frontier Rotary Club serves as President of the Board. Additional officers are selected from among the Directors to support effective governance.
Together, the Board provides strategic oversight and ensures the Charitable Fund's resources are managed with integrity and purpose.
