Grant Applications
The Frontier Rotary Charitable Fund, the philanthropic arm of the Rotary Club of Prescott-Frontier, provides selective grant funding to support impactful projects and programs serving the Greater Prescott and Yavapai County communities and beyond. Our priority is to partner with qualified 501(c)(3) organizations whose work aligns with our mission to strengthen and uplift our community. Please note that applications from individuals are not accepted.
The Charitable Fund is empowered to award grants and distributions for charitable, educational, religious, literary, and scientific purposes, in accordance with IRS guidelines for tax-exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3).

Grant Application Submission Process:
- The application above should be used for all funding requests.
- Organizations applying for grant funds totaling $3,000 or more are required to provide all Profile Information requested. Organizations or individuals applying for less than $3000 should provide the Profile Information that applies.
- Applicants must answer all questions about the project/program for which funds are being requested.
- A Final Report will be due on the one-year anniversary of fund disbursement, but may be submitted at any time after the project is completed or after FRCF funds are fully expended.
- Applications should be submitted through a member sponsor of the Rotary Club of Prescott-Frontier. This application may be completed in collaboration with a Rotary club member.
