TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Travel package is non-refundable and subject to availability. Certificates/gift cards cannot be replaced. Passport required for travel outside the U.S. Travelers are responsible for a resort fees. At least one traveler must be 25 years of age or older. Check in for Hacienda Encantada Los Cabos and Buganvilias resort must occur on a Saturday. Check in for Hacienda Del Mar Los Cabos must occur on either Thursday, Saturday or Monday. Up to two children can be added at no additional cost at the time of booking. Participating properties are subject to change. Blackout dates: 23 Dec -2 Jan A minimum 90 day advance reservation is required. Travel is valid for 18 months from date of issue. Cabo resorts are fully booked for first Quarter of 2025. Food and beverages are not included. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancelation more than 36 days prior to arrival is subject to a $129.00 rebooking fee. Cancelation 35-15 days prior to arrival is subject to a $279.00 rebooking fee. Trip protection is available for $59.00 at the time of booking. With trip protection, there is no rebooking fee for cancelations more than 36 days prior to arrival and a $99.00 rebooking fee is due for cancelations 35-15 days prior to arrival. Cancelation less than 14 days prior to arrival, with or without trip protection, is subject to forfeiture of reservations and funds.

If the event winner wishes to take additional guests, there is an additional charge of $750.00 per person, and only applicable for homes that accommodate more than four people. If parents take children, we require a $500.00 refundable deposit upon inspection, 2 weeks following the departure date.

The Casas are situated in the ancient hill town of Manciano with its Sienese styled fortress. The area that is known as the Maremma embraces and lavishes enchanted beauty and tradition like no other place. The Maremma exists within the magnificent Tyrrhenian Sea Region and its villages, romantic Fiora River, silvery mountains and the natural thermal spas. Yes, this is the land of the mysterious Etruscans who thrived in this precious area of  southern Tuscany and left for us millions of signs of their fascinating civilizations.

Most of the Casas feature two bedrooms (all double occupancy), two baths, with showers, a kitchen, and a lovely living room area. The Casas are named after my Italian Grandmother Zolira, Mother Natalia, and Aunt Giovanna. Each is a charming home created to enhance your joy of living the Tuscan Dream. Bambini features a large patio, two bedrooms and two baths, kitchen/family room. MiraBella and Allegra, just a short walk from our grounds was built in the 1920's, offers the enjoyment of Manciano right at your doorstep. La Terrazza is in "old town" surrounded by the medieval history of Manciano. Veranda is located at the base of the castle. Casa Cantina is so unique with the stone walls! Bellavista, located in our sister Etruscan hill town, Pitigliano offers the most magnificent views! Lastly, Rosavia, our newly restored 2 bedroom 2 bath house, in a nearby hamlet, Poderi!
